Sessions can be one-on-one or two individuals working together with one instructor. Private sessions are a great way to focus on your particular needs.Duo sessions are a fun way to work out with a friend or partner while sharing the cost.
Pilates for Pregnancy
Sessions to prepare for labour which focuses on breathing techniques, opening the pelvis for birth and muscle use in labour
Sport Specific Pilates
You may also have specific requirements that can include sport specific training.
Cancellation Policy We require 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend a rehabilitation, private or duo training session. We reserve the right to still charge clients who do not give notice.
